If you are unsure about Amps please click here to see an example of what common appliances use. Although the Amp value of an electrical item will not be written on it, the voltage and wattage are, to calculate the Amp value simply divide the wattage by the voltage.

Please Note: The Agri Centre sites come with 10 Amps of power. Should you require more power please visit the Exhibitors Info page on our website and fill out the Site Power form.

Are you selling, giving away or hosting alcohol at your site?
If you wish to have alcohol on your site and give it away to your clients, friends etc, then you must fill out the Alcohol Form that is on the Exhibitors Info page of our website. All alcohol must be contained on your site. If you do not adhere to these rules, you will not be permitted to serve at the next Field Days and/or risk a total alcohol ban for your site.
Any alcohol sold from an exhibitor site, must be placed in a sealed bag at the time of sale. Alcohol sold or supplied without being secured in a sealed bag may be confiscated by the Southern Field Days Committee or New Zealand Police. Please ensure your customers are aware of this rule. No exceptions.
Exhibitors are expected to comply with this requirement at all times. Failure to do so may result in alcohol sales being stopped and/or the exhibitor site being closed for the remainder of the event.

Do you require any additional passes?
(Additional tickets $20 when ordered before the event but $25 on the gate)
Passes will be available for collection during set up days from the PA Portacom beside the Southern Field Days Office. If you would like your passes couriered to you, courier charges will apply.*
Courier Costs: $10 urban, $15 rural
Do you have any comments or notes for us in regards to the registration of site?
By agreeing to the Exhibitors Registration and its acceptance by the Southern Field Days Inc Constitutes a binding agreement under the Conditions of Exhibiting. In the event that the payments are not made by the due dates Southern Field Days Inc reserves the right to cancel the Exhibitor site(s) after 7 days notice in writing to the Exhibitor.
